Was just listening to this, and I've always questioned that line too, but I don't think that's it.

It sounds like, "Kicking ass, taking names, cleaning house, ???." I've been wondering for nearly 10 years what that last part of the line fully is, though.

Oh, and one other small correction is that it should be, "This maniac is gonna step on whomever."

"Cleaning house, oh baby!" ?

That very well could be it. It sounds like there may be a few more syllables in there than that, though, so I wouldn't say for sure. Then again, after all this time and listening to that part over and over, it could just be my ears overcomplicating things and listening for stuff that may not actually be there.
