I heard this in a pub today in CDQ...
I was having a meal with my mom and dad in Toby Calvarys resturant and i heard Jerry Lawlers theme in CDQ. Thsi has to be on a CD some place becuase it was the exact same as Jerrys. I know it might not be on a WWE CD but perhaps a classical CD ?

Yeah, his theme is a well-known classical piece called "The Great Gates Of Kiev".

I've already found it on YouTube but it cuts off just before the end which makes it a null and void.

Thats the fake version, the real version is in the YouTube above but has a bit of the ending cut off.

The version WWE has used for almost 20 years is not the Mussorgsky composition. The version WWE uses was composed by Jimmy Hart. It sounds similar to the one in the video, but is actually different.

Wow, the Great Gate of Kiev sure seems to be popular today. XD Second thread I've seen related to it.

Hate to correct you but WWE does not use a Jimmy Hart remake of it. WWF used Leonard Bernstein's "The Great Gates of Kiev" well at least for King Haku/King Duggan/King Race etc. Jerry Lawler's I can not be 100% sure about which version exactly they use.Neomic wrote:The version WWE has used for almost 20 years is not the Mussorgsky composition.
