Hi all, we've been seeing AI generated themes pop up a fair amount in recent months.
A few in Elevation Wrestling (Leonie Rose, Jim Hunter & Joseph Conners, Ricky Regan), and then Lovely Miss Larkan from OVW.
As these themes are just made by an online website with no creative process behind them, there really is no artist credit is there?
So, how should we mark these going forward. I don't think "(Unknown Title)" will suffice in this instance as the wrestler may own a copy of the theme, but they couldn't release it independently and ethically anyway, could they? Even so, the copyright seems a bit iffy and blurry.
Would "(Custom AI Generated Theme)" work, or something along the lines?
I know and appreciate I am not a Tech or Admin, but I'm working my way through New Themes for the Main Site which are seeing an influx in these, so I want to know and mark accordingly. Thanks! :)

I think marking them as (Custom AI Generated Theme) could be a good idea to do.

Re: AI Generated Theme Query
It depends. Using Suno as an example, if you generated the song during a paid subscription, you own all rights to that song and can do whatever you want with it. However, if you generated it as a free user, you don't own it and cannot sell it. But that's just Suno, I'm not sure about other services.Wimpyburgers wrote: January 25th, 2025, 7:29 am So, how should we mark these going forward.
