Just a quick update:
APM: "U.S.A." (from CAR-0121 - NATIONAL ANTHEMS (REVISED))
Warner/Chappel: Same album, under the name "USA (America)"

Weird, I guess USA America should be used since that's also the title the games use.

The CD itself just says "USA" on both the back and the booklet, I would post a picture but I can't be bothered at the moment.
