As reported by TheBigTedbowski, there is not page yet for the 2005 Royal Rumble promo "West Side Rumble".
https://vimeo.com/55403931
Can someone add it to the main site, please ?

There's a making-of video too, that was aired in January 2005.

Note: the version heard in this video has piano notes that are not on the promo version.

Done! Do you happen to know the air date for the making of video?

So I need help identifying two songs..
Also I would like to suggest A listing for a The Forgotten Suns Misc. page.

They used two themes that I found at house shows.

One is NXT Largo 1-10-2019, Q2RAW LIVE
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2b8kpF4lwE

Another is on their Entrance Video uploaded to the WWE YouTube page.
In the comments somebody says: They uploaded the wrong theme though, just checked, they are still using the CFO$ song and this the one they used on houseshows before their TV debut.
The song is identified as "Devil Inside by SATV Music" according to Shazam (Others have used this theme)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sj30p08zwVE

Edit 2:
Here is a house show where they used it NXT Live Paris June 11 2018?.. (Maybe not earliest)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAKhvIgbkUc

Edit: Fabian Aichener has a Misc Theme.
If this was never used it is an intro cut officially uploaded by WWE's YouTube page.

I think the 2K17 version of Big Show's Big V1 is perhaps a faster speed of the Tapes version of Big V1... If so is that why there is an arena version listed on the main site? Is that the difference and which one of these is the arena version?

Edit: Just used the broadcast audio it seems the tapes version is not used when he debuted the theme..

It was originally listed as "arena version" to avoid confusion with the Volume 4 album version and the second version used. It was later changed as it's now, for the first version. I personally think the album version is simply an unused different version of the song, so "arena version" for V1 isn't necessary.

So the WWE 2K17 version is the correct V1 and the tapes either got messed up when recording or is unused?
Or I should use the original recording as a reference. I am using the video on the main site. But idk why they would dub the same theme.

Edit: Yes the one on the album is unused. Or like an updated version of v2.

There might be a slight speed difference between broadcast recordings and arena tapes. WWF Fan Club tapes are faster, for example. I wonder if it was an issue with the tapes or only something that happened during the transfer of the tapes to a computer.

@Alexandre thank you good to know!

Found a new theme for the site but it needs to be identified.

Alexandre is absolutely right.
The majority of arena tapes, not just Fan Club but even Zube or Godzfire, do not match actual arena speed. Years ago I went through a bunch of arena tapes and speed-corrected them to actual arena footage. That was a big job

Even a few Uncaged releases are a little off on speed. Off the top of my head, Evil Doink’s theme is too fast on its Uncaged release, and I had to slow it down to match his WMIX entrance.

I don't know if it has to be updated on the main site. But if this is an edit that Johnston made specifically to give the intro more kick which is what it sounds like, it should then be investigated further.
I am about to watch the following weeks RAW.
Hi Xylot and Hi Leaf I am sorry if you don't think this theme should be counted in regards to your post under D-Generation X on the main site.
I made a clear edit to the differences found and suggested it should be called "Arena Edit" Not necessarily "Arena Version" as it was used only that one night.

Here is a video to show the edit in clear quality.

Also to the Admin I removed all my videos but I recently re uploaded the video of the DX Droppin' Knowledge promo ( https://xylotthemes.com/#!/themes/wwe/d ... nknowledge ) if you felt like replacing it on the listing, so people can hear the new version of the instrumental. Here it is.

Cheers, Chris. Sending in more press conference themes once I've identified all non-WWE performers, like John Saboor, for example.

Yes, every cassette deck is going to have slightly different speeds, because of the way the mechanism inside works. Some can become way off if they're not properly maintained. Hence why some of the tapes we got (Doink, TAFKA Goldust) sound way off compared to the proper versions. The heads will generally slow down over time, and then when played back on a different deck that is maybe better maintained, will sound much faster.

Most decks have small screws that you can twist to adjust the playback speed. You can buy tapes that have a 1000 Hz test tone, and you use software (or now days, an app) to adjust the speed until the tone is played back at 1000 Hz on your deck. Back before computers, studio engineers would have to use either just their hearing (which is pretty unreliable) or have special hardware to hear the tone (they usually looked like a guitar tuner), and make adjustments. The advantage we have in 2019 is that not only are these tools more reliable since they generally work digitally, but they're becoming cheaper and more plentiful as cassettes are having a bit of a resurgence thanks to TV shows like Stranger Things. So if you own a cassette deck, now would be the time to buy a test tone tape or two, and do some maintenance on your decks. Takes about 15 minutes to do properly, and I would suggest maybe doing it once a year, depending on how often any of you use your cassette decks.

Even professionally maintained decks and reel-to-reels can have speed variances. If you go back to some original albums from the 70s and 80s and compare them to modern remasters, you'll even see speed variances. The original Blizzard of Oz CD release plays back at a slightly different speed than the recent remaster. Less than 1%, but it's definitely there. There's tons of other examples as well.
