Ravishing Rick Rude 1990 return with short hair

Does anyone gave a date or video footage of Rude coming back after his hair is cut short in 1990? I believe it's right after Warrior wins the world title, where Rude starts becoming more serious by ignoring women and cutting his hair short (from what I gathered on Wikipedia)
