Maybe "Are you ready (to go)" (Live) - Big R? It's the Superstar Theme from 1995 (Unknown Title, where the chorus is "you're ready to go"). He was called "Big R" by Todd Pettingill on this show.
The song is performed by Big Al Anderson. He also performed "Rockabilly" (versions 2 and 3) and probably "In Your House" (version 1). I contacted him to know more about his involvement with WWE.
Special thanks to shane82 for his help to find the artist.

@ Alexandre: I really enjoyed helping :-) Now we also have the singer of these themes and can be added to the main site. But why the WWE uses a different name ... you heard it in the video now. You are my witness ;-)
I'm really looking forward to the answer from him :-)

In the original broadcast of the King of The Ring in 1996, only "Helpless" was used (starts at 0:32), not "Collison Course". Then comes the King of The Ring 1996 Theme by Jim Johnston. Maybe this was dubbed on the WWE Network?

@EddieK: No problem. Everything is fine.
I have seen that there is not that much missing in the opening videos between 1987-1996 :-) (The 3 Closing Themes on Triangle of Terror 1991 are my biggest worries).

Need someone to prove to "Big R" aka Big Al Anderson at SummerSlam 1995 Pre-show with the live song "Are you ready (to go)" from the Superstars theme?

Shane82 says it was only a dub theme for the WWE Network, so it goes under this PPV as a dub theme.

Big Al Anderson is also the Artist of the Superstars Themes 1995 (1st and 2nd), 1995-1996 and 1996 (1st - 6th). Same title and refrain as SummerSlam 1995 PreShow

Submit comment fonction doesn't works for me on the main site, so I'll post the infos here.
WWE Entrances / Bam Bam Bigelow
1st: by Jim Johnston. Very hard to hear but drums and sax have his signature sound.

4th and 5th: "Bam Bam" is not an alternate title for "Hardwood", so the notes for both can be removed.
WWE Entrances / Billy Gunn
3rd: "Rockabilly" (V2) by Jim Johnston & Big Al Anderson
4th: "Rockabilly" (V3) by Jim Johnston & Big Al Anderson
WWE Entrances / Gillberg
It seems he used a different version of his "Gillberg" theme at Raw, December 10th, 2007.
Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViRMD6yL0vI
WWE Entrances / Sean O'Haire (Dubbed Themes)
1st: "Run To Death" (Intro Cut)
Artist: Eve S. Dowdle
Album: NSPS1980003 - 1980s 3
Library Info: Non-Stop Music
Used: Backlash 2003

2nd: (Unknown Title) by Jim Johnston
Notes: Jim Johnston's remake of "Gimme Shelter" by The Rolling Stones.
WWE Promos / SummerSlam 1995 Pre-Show
Notes: The live performance was lipsync but the studio recording was by Big Al Anderson. After the song, from what Todd Pettengill said in the mic, it was intended to be used as a theme for WrestleMania XI. He also calls the song "Are You Ready", so if "Are You Ready (to go)" isn't an official title (I haven't seen it on BMI or anywhere), it shouldn't be listed aswell on the main site. I think it's more like a reference than an official title, so it could be useful on the notes of the title said by Todd Pettengill isn't confirmed as an official title.
WWE Public Media (TV, Streaming, etc.) Events / In Your House
The Lumberjacks: "In Your House" by Jim Johnston & Big Al Anderson
WWE Public Media (TV, Streaming, etc.) Events / Prime Time Wrestling closing credits (Dubbed Themes) (no page existing yet)
1st: "Rock Show"
Artist: David Arnold
Album: CAS-012A2 TV-Radio-Jingles-Idents-Logos
Library Info: CPM Archive Series
Used: Prime Time Wrestling #61 (April 28th, 1986)
Notes: used on the WWE Network

2nd: "Into The Future"
Artist: Kully B., Gussy G.
Album: XCD149 80s Pop
Library Info: Extreme Music
Used: Prime Time Wrestling #62 (May 5th, 1986)
Notes: used on the WWE Network

Thanks both of you guys.
I guess that "WrestleMania XI - The Special" was a preshow for WrestleMania XI, since the lyrics says "WrestleMania tonight" near to the end of the song. Maybe it was cancelled ?

Here are a few more.
WWE Public Media (TV, Streaming, etc.) Events / Prime Time Wrestling
1991-1992 is by Jim Johnston.
Notes: used as entrance theme by Bam Bam Bigelow in 1987.

Used: Prime Time Wrestling #155 (February 29th, 1988)

3rd: "Swing & Sway"
Artist: C. Gault
Album: NM019 Nostalgic Fun (specilty)
Library Info: Network Music
Used: Prime Time Wrestling #226 (July 17th, 1989)
(this one is on WWE Network, not sure for the original TV broadcast)
WWE Pay-Per-View / Supercards / In Your House
The Lumberjacks' theme "In Your House" was released on WWE: Uncaged VIII.
WWE Promos / Signatures
1st: the artist cannot be Jim Johnston. He started to work for WWE in March 1985 while the song was used December 22nd, 1984.
WWE Public Media (TV, Streaming, etc.) Events / Tuesday Night Titans

Dubbed Themes:
"Demanded" by Jim Johnston is replaced by a licensed production music track on the WWE Network.

@Alexandre: I looked again, but WrestleMania XI Pre Show does not include Big Al Anderson and the theme was not used either. It was some other special.

Yes, Jim Johnston is not the artist of the first Signature. This has been discussed several times here. Nobody knows who added this.

Which Bam Bam theme was the same as the Prime Time Wrestling one? #1 or #3? Or does something need to be added? As for the "Swing & Sway" I added it as a dubbed for now.

Yes right (I have not noticed before).
The 3rd theme of Bam Bam Bigelow (Jazz Theme) is the same as Prime Theme Wrestling 3rd Theme (1991-1992). Bigelow used the theme at Superstars on December 26th 1987.
And Bigelow's first theme was not Superstars of Wrestling at Wrestling Challenge. The date is right.

Royal Rumble 1996 Free For All Opening Video: Unknown Title - Jim Johnston
Survivor Series 1996 Free For All Opening Video: Unknon Title - Jim Johnston
Slam of the Week 1996: Unknown Title - Jim Johnston (used on Action Zone March 10th 1996)
WrestleMania V Theme: Unknown Title - Jim Johnston (according to his BMI Site)
Sunday Night Slam on March 26th 1995 Opening Video: Unknown Title - Jim Johnston
WrestleMania X Encore Opening Video: Unknown Title - Jim Johnston (I don't know the date of this show)
Superstars on November 18th 1995 Opening Video is the same as Superstars on September 3rd 1994 Opening Video
Challenge on June 4th 1995 Opening Video: "Classical Pursuit" - Roger S. Dexter & Alan Bell?, CHAPAV34 - Classical Excellence, Chappell
Unbelievable Spots 1st Theme on Superstars April 30th 1994: "Techno Pinball" - Randi Panken, MPM042 - In The House, Manhattan Production Music
Hotlines 1st Theme 1993: "Future Flash" - Randi Panken, MPM042 - In The House, Manhatten Production Music
Superstars on November 26th 1994 Opening: "Survivors" - David Snell, MHA18 - War and Peace, MusicHouse

What surprised me a little is that there were 7 themes used in Wrestling Challenge in the opening videos, but according to BMI, there are still 17 themes to give by different artist. How can that be?

WWE Entrances / Lilian Garcia
Exact credits for "You Just Don't know Me At All" : Lilian Garcia (vocals), Doug Kistner and Anthony Krizan (music and lyrics), Mike Post (producer). Source: 'WWE Originals' album booklet.
