Looks like the end of some promo video package just before it. I doubt it was an intro cut edit -- they probably just came back to the arena a couple of seconds late. WCW never were the sharpest with editing and cues. Listen how it transitions from Raven's theme fading out and Rey and Kidman's music starting.
