Pages needed for WCW "DVD" (VHS) section on main site
Can a mod/admin please add these pages to the new WCW "DVD" section? Rich said it can be used for adding/discussing information on music used exclusively on VHS tapes
The Best Of The 1990s
The Best Of Bash At The Beach
The Best Of Fall Brawl
The Best Of The Great American Bash
The Best Of Halloween Havoc
The Best Of Slamboree
The Best Of Starrcade (1983-1990)
The Best Of Sting: Deadly Venom
The Best Of Uncensored
Bone Crushers
Fan Favorites
Greatest Grudges
Mayhem: The Hottest Hits Of WCW Monday Nitro
Megaslams
Millionaires Club Versus New Blood
New Blood On The Block
The Nitro Girls: Swimsuit Calendar Special
Ravishing Rick Rude: Raw
Ric Flair: 2 Decades Of Excellence
Superstar Series - Diamond Dallas Page: Feel The Bang
Superstar Series - Goldberg: Who's Next?
Superstar Series - Hollywood Hogan: Why I Rule The World
Superstar Series - Kevin Nash: The Outsider
Superstar Series - NWO: 4 Life
Superstar Series - Randy Savage: The Man Behind The Madness
Superstar Series - Ric Flair: The Nature Boy
Superstar Series - Sid Vicious: The Millennium Man
Superstar Series - Sting: Back In Black
Superstar Series - Sting: Unmasked
Wild In Sturgis 1996
This list includes all the non-PPV, non-Clash, official VHS releases by WCW plus their one official DVD release. I doubt many of the PPV/Clash tapes had exclusive music so I didn't include those.
FYI there are a few other tapes released PRE-1988 (e.g. The Danger Zone, Best Of Starrcade Double-VHS set) which people sometimes label as WCW tapes, but technically they were JCP tapes so should not be in the WCW DVD section.

Assassin, It'd better (in my opinion) to post the information here instead of spamming the social section.
Edit: Shouldn't it be more preferable to add a count called "Superstar Series" instead of having all of them separated because most of them starts with "Green Sticks and Whistles" (from L.A. Post) or are we going to include some tracks that are specifically in one Superstar Series.

This. I'm going to remove all of those comments except for one. Thanks for the track info, but in the future, please do not spam the comment sections.Hernan wrote:Assassin, It'd better (in my opinion) to post the information here instead of spamming the social section.

Re: Pages needed for WCW "DVD" (VHS) section on main site
Oh right OK sorry guys from now on I'll post info here instead.
All the superstar series tapes opened with "Green Sticks and Whistles" from L.A. Post - please can someone add this as the first track for each Superstar Series tape?
Apart from this one track the rest of the background music is different on each tape hence why they need to be separate. For example "Classic Explosion" from L.A. Post is used on the Sting: Unmasked tape but none of the others so they can't all be lumped together.
EDIT: whoever is handling adding covers, this is the cover for the Starrcade 1983-1990 tape - http://thumbs2.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/ ... ZQnYkQ.jpg

Thanks Eddie, and good idea whoever thought of using "Intro" and "Background" instead of 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc

That was my idea. I didn't like the order, so I improvised.theassassin wrote:Thanks Eddie, and good idea whoever thought of using "Intro" and "Background" instead of 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc

The only problem with adding all these videos is that you're assuming each had some music in them. Now I know the chances are high but shouldn't we add as we go along?

Valid point I suppose - I'll leave it up to you more experienced members/mods/etc to discuss. At least we have a list of all the tapes here anyway.Craig-UK wrote:The only problem with adding all these videos is that you're assuming each had some music in them. WWE Network in their PPV's count JCP WCW 1985-1988 as pure WCW if that complicates what we should do futher but count pre that first PPV as WCCW.
