From what it says at the beginning of the song, Cronik 664 is the artist. His current name is Ciniko Lokote. I found him on Twitter, I'll ask him for more info.

EDIT: This couldn't be WCW because dude has been producing since 2004 (according to his Facebook).

Ciniko had a brief appearance in "Rey Mysterio 619 WWE (2003)", he was also interviewed by regional newspapers like "El Mexicano", "Frontera", "Zeta" and the magazine "Diez4".
