Crash the Terminator(Bill Demott) never wrestle for FMW only W*ING and IWA-Japan he wrestle as Crash the Terminator.

Good call. And while I was researching to confirm this, I stumbled across this.

He used the Crash the Terminator gimmick in Smoky Mountain Wrestling. Somehow we missed that episode. I'm going to download it and see if he used a theme.

UPDATE: Nope, no theme.
