For the Bullet Club in NJPW, a person put Jeff Jarrett's TNA theme as one of their themes. So for New Japan factions, if three members of the faction come out to a theme could we count it I ask because in this video CHAOS comes out to Kazuchika Okadas theme Rainmaker. And Jado, Gedo and Kazuchika Okada came out to it, and they are three members of CHAOS, even though they weren't announced as CHAOS.

That's my opinion. I don't know what other T-Techs / Admins think about it
As for NJPW stables like Suzuki-gun, CHAOS, etc... I don't have any idea.

Regarding NJPW Theme counts for Factions (Suzuki Gun,Chaos & BC from what I remember)
Good Point - Talking of BC's Count one a few occasions for Fale (definitely) & Omega (& not sure if the Young Bucks too) have all entered (as a Faction - in 6 or More Person Tags to their respective themes)
