Problem uploading some themes

There is a few pages on the main site where I try to upload the themes that are missing for that listing/count and I can't do so..

What I'm talking about is this...
When I click this nothing comes up,Not even the upload theme thing...Could this be fixed soon?

All of these problems that you guys seem to be having aren't happening to me. Try a different browser and see if that helps.
