Oh, and by the way, you guys can take the NXT stuff all from my site. It's not been updated for months since I don't have a computer anymore, but it has some things there and all the edits are accurate

For anybody wondering how they can help, I've set up a topic in which you can donate your themes in the form of counts, the way they are currently displayed on the site.

Did it break down? Thats a shame if it did. Hopefully you can get a new one that works after you saved enough so you can come back to doing the NXT site.
Anyway I have a suggestion guys it will make everyone happy if the count, theme title and the library were all in the same tag so we can change them about how we like them to be like in our personal collections so is it possible to have an all in one name tag thing for the tracks?

Re: Xylot Themes BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
So whats up with accessing the server through a client, or is that not yet an option? I assume not. If uploading to the site via the xylot uploader is the only way I think im out of luck on ky mbile phone. Besides I need wifi and my pc that holds all my feems is pretty much a brick now. Think my hardcore collection days are over, though I still have whats left on my ipod. I will still help with theme counts and stuff when I have the time. I need me a job homes.

Re: Xylot Themes BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
The reason why I no longer allow FTP uploads is because themes have to be (1) named exactly right, and (2) placed in the correct position, then (3) the theme must be flagged as "uploaded" so members can play/download them. I'm worried about the problems that may arise with this option, so I implemented the uploader on the site itself.
Also, there's the issue of editing theme entries, which is required if you upload a theme via FTP. You have to hover your mouse over the theme listing in order to show the admin icons, which isn't supported on mobile devices. I've never bothered making a mobile version of this site because (1) it's a lot of work, (2) I didn't think anybody would use it, and (3) who would download wrestling themes on their mobile phone anyway?
Of course, this was all before smart phones and tablets. Now I might have to re-address this. I plan on redesigning this site (version 7), and I'll do a mobile version at that time (to make one now would be just as much work, so I might as well save it for when I redo the site anyway).
I guess I could allow FTP uploads, then have another admin (including myself) mark a theme as uploaded by editing it.

Whatever works for you terran, my theme uploading days are through. For right now. Man.... I probably uploaded up to 3000 themes to the site at one point. Crazy. As they say...It's a new day.

Re: Xylot Themes BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
Lemme say having the site back is great but if you've ever tried to use the site with your phone you know what I was about to say. Terran beat me to it. Right now I'd say using the site on my phone is like threading string through a needle. If I knew how to program enough I'd be all over an app for android that's for shizzle

I have yet to start the actual programming for Version 7 of the site, but once I do I will develop a mobile version of the site alongside it.

FINALLY!
Yeah, I just noticed myself, awesome news! I never really appreciate Xylot Themes enough until it was gone. I'm glad it's back! I'll be fixing/uploading that Rock theme count once I got time.

Re: Xylot Themes BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
When my internet went down I had internet on my phone so I could download themes on my phone. Of course then for some reason it glitched and I couldn't anymore. Or I could but had to do some trick lol. I just remember I was glad to have internet back lol XD But that's the first time I used Xylotthemes on mobile!

Just out of curiosity, what's with all of the 128kbps files when there are higher quality ones that are and should be made available on the site?

Re: Xylot Themes BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
I've enlisted the help of volunteers from the forums to aide in uploading themes. I've already talked to a few of them about 128kbps uploads, but I will message all of them regarding it.
