I'm so sorry about this, guys! I've been so busy with work and life (and some drama going on with my ex-wife and our kids and the court system) that I've neglected the site.
The problem was indeed with jQuery. With the first problem, instead of using the latest automatic version of jQuery, I rolled back to a version that I thought was good. Apparently it was too old of a version, thus causing the issues with the sidebar, Shout Box, etc.
I've fixed the problem once and for all. Sorry again! I feel terrible about neglecting you guys like this. Please forgive me.
Not a problem, Brotha. Family comes 1st (I, for one, know the feeling) All is fixed now, so we move forward. If you need help with anything, I know there are some of us out here who may be able to help, technical wise. Aside from that, im glad the site is up and running properly again. Thank You for all your help!

Take it easy and don't worry too much about this place as it will survive no matter what.
