MPQex is the software you need but the link I can find to it is megaupload so it will take some looking to find another upload of it.

no the .ydsp files are in the .mpq file, there for i need to extract the .mpq to get the .ydsp files from it.

also tool i know i found it too. i need a good link witch is not any where.
