File-Names For Themes Getting Screwed Up-After Download

Post by thebib62 »

When I download certain themes from the site, when they're on my computer the file-name gets all screwed up.

For example, when I download "I Want It All" (V2) the file-name comes out like this

WWE SmackDown 2003 - 2004 - ("I Want It All" Theme – V2) (Rec. Edit)

The problems obviously being ""I –" being placed in the file name.

Does this happen to you guys too?

It's because of the quotation mark "I – = "

Perfect solution.

Two apostrophes on each side for quotations.

''Know Your Role'' (valid filename)

"Know Your Role" (invalid filename)

Yeah or just don't use any apostrophes at all. Capitalising the theme's title is usually enough for it to be recognised as the title to the song you're downloading. E.g. WWE - Dolph Ziggler - Perfection. Using apostrophes/quotations are good when it might be hard to work out what is the title of the song in a filename.

I can't do anything about it, but that sounds like a good solution.
