So was "Masterpiece" a Johnston creation? If so, does this mark the first example of a WWE Superstar going from a Johnston TO a production theme?
Geez, talk about a guy that fell out of favor with WWE . . .

I'd be willing to bet that "Masterpiece" was definitely by Jim - but before Chris Masters did the "Jim Theme---->Production Theme" switch, Drew McIntyre went from "It's Too Late" to "Seeing Red", a production track.
Also, just a few weeks after Chris Masters got the production track "Overdrive", The Dudebusters went from their track by Jim (title unknown) to "Mashed Metal" and later "White Noise", both production tracks.

That gritty sounding theme I actually thought was quite good. Why did they stop using it to begin with?NMMan wrote:I'd be willing to bet that "Masterpiece" was definitely by Jim - but before Chris Masters did the "Jim Theme---->Production Theme" switch, Drew McIntyre went from "It's Too Late" to "Seeing Red", a production track.
