I just wanted to ask: Is it possible we open up two new sub-forums in the theme section? Like "unsighted themes" and "sighted themes". Unsighted means it hasn't been evaluated by an admin for uploading. Sighted means it's either uploaded, or we have a better version already.
Might help with organizing the whole shabang and gives moderators a bit more ability to help sort stuff out.

That sounds as if people would just be posting shit loads of remakes and edits for the admins to look at. That would just take up more time and space on the forums.
Because the admins generally have to see what has/hasn't been uploaded to the site already, when they see a theme that can go to the main site they just put [UPLOADED] to the topic title.
