Evan Bourne
Why does he only have two themes on the site. He has had three:
1st: Axeman (Arena Loop) (Version 1)
2nd: Axeman (Arena Loop) (Version 2)
3rd: Axeman (Takeoff Intro)
The first two count as the transitions have been used different for 'entrances' of Evan Bourne. Therefore he has used both as entrance themes.

Re: Evan Bourne
Since shitty loops dont count so it's like this.
1st: Axeman (Unedited)
2nd: Axeman (Takeoff Intro)
1st: Axeman (Unedited)
2nd: Axeman (Takeoff Intro)

Yeah I think arena loops don't necessarily count.

Re: Evan Bourne
Yeah, his 1st one on the site needs to be removed and replaced with the unedited version... Since the one on the site is a looped one.

Re: Evan Bourne
The looped one is meant to be on there because he has used two different transitions for themes.

Re: Evan Bourne
Well since the majority of the time when he enters the ring we hear the transition it should count.TEOL wrote:Since shitty loops dont count so it's like this.

Same goes for Tommy Dreamer's theme.

Yeah, but thats just stupidity because you would be counting the different bell edits of Taker's theme too making the counts into the 50s.

Re: Evan Bourne
A lot of 'little extra' things in themes are counted on the site. Why some and not others? Hell McCool's theme was added because a single beat had been removed. What's the difference between something like that and something like this or Undertaker's themes?

Re: Evan Bourne
No because the one with the take off intro has just got the unedited version on it, and arena loops have never counted anyway what's the point of them since the ones in the arena just keep looping?DeanJames wrote:The looped one is meant to be on there because he has used two different transitions for themes.

Re: Evan Bourne
Arena loops have never counted because the theme would go for too long and all they are are the start of the theme added to the end of the theme. However the majority of the time you hear the transition when Evan Bourne comes to the ring therefore it should be counted.Burton wrote:No because the one with the take off intro has just got the unedited version on it, and arena loops have never counted anyway what's the point of them since the ones in the arena just keep looping?DeanJames wrote:The looped one is meant to be on there because he has used two different transitions for themes.

Re: Evan Bourne
Dean, the reason why we hear the loop every time he has an entrance is because the track runs only 1 minute. I can recall hearing Orton's theme loop on TV at least 3 separate times in the last year. Does that mean we should put his looped edit up on the site? Of course not, because we have to do it for everybody. I just think having the unedited tracks on the site are better since most collectors come across fake edits all the time, I recall a while back when Kevin thorn's theme first surfaced and I found 3-4 minute loops (and poorer quality) of the track when it was only a minute long. I know your intentions are in the right place but I figure if someone wants a longer/extended edit of a theme, they can just edit it them self.

Re: Evan Bourne
The difference is that Bourne's theme is like a minute or so long without a loop whereas Orton's is like three and a half minutes. You hear the transition on most occasions. I don't collect arena loops or exit themes because i find them pointless. However when it comes to a theme that is only like a minute or so long i do because you hear the transition like 8 out of 10 times.
Also we are adding themes like McCool's little cut off intro and stuff like that yet we don't add Undertaker's extra gongs to his theme as a part of a theme count. I think the same should go here, either its alright for every theme or its not alright.

Re: Evan Bourne
On McCool's theme it's a small beat cut but it still counts as another song since they are not the same, but with Evans it is the same.

No, they loop at different parts of the theme, therefore they are different. There is no difference between McCool's 'little beat cut' and Evan Bourne's 'transition' in his theme.

Re: Evan Bourne
There is because they are loops, Triple H has used 2 loops of his theme same goes for Cena... I guess that means we have to count them too? It's pointless counting them but like TA said if you wanna count them make the edits yourself and keep them.DeanJames wrote:No, they loop at different parts of the theme, therefore they are different. Re: Evan Bourne
I have made the edits myself, mine were the ones up on the site. You don't seem to be listening to what i am saying though. I didn't say that the arena loops of Triple H and Cena should be counted because you rarely hear them, counting them would be pointless because the theme would end up running for like 7mins. However the majority of the time when Evan Bourne makes his entrance you hear the loop in his entrance, therefore it should be counted as an entrance theme rather than an arena loop.Burton wrote:There is because they are loops, Triple H has used 2 loops of his theme same goes for Cena... Also as i have said already, if we are counting Michelle McCool's little cut then we should by rights count all of Undertaker's extra gongs to his theme. What's good for one must be good for all or good for none.

Re: Evan Bourne
It shouldn't be counted as an entrance theme because technically it is an arena loop, and I know you said that Triple Nose's or Cena's shouldn't count. But they should if Evan's does.

Re: Evan Bourne
You don't seem to understand what i am saying, do you? I said (for about the tenth time) that Evan Bourne's loop SHOULD be counted because its heard for the majority of Bourne's entrances whereas Triple H, Cena or almost anyone elses arena loops for that matter shouldn't count because they are only heard on the rare occasion that their entrance lasts over three minutes or however their themes goes for.Burton wrote:It shouldn't be counted as an entrance theme because technically it is an arena loop, and I know you said that Triple Nose's or Cena's shouldn't count. Re: Evan Bourne
I DO undersatnd what you're trying to fucking say, what I'm trying to say is if you count Evan's as a loop then you may as well count the others as ones too. No matter how short the theme is, if you count Evan's looped version you would have to probably count the others or it wouldn't make sense.DeanJames wrote:You don't seem to understand what i am saying, do you?
