I was doing research on Youtube on Tajiri's WWF\E themes, and I found this video of him coming out to William Regal's "Promenade." I believe this counts as a singles theme for him even though Regal comes out with him, since only Tajiri wrestles.

The video says this was his WWF wrestling debut, but he had a match with Taka Michinoku in 1997 on RAW which is listed as his first theme on this site, so this would be his second theme.

Anyway, I found another fix. Here's a match where he comes out to an abbrieviated explosion intro.

I guess this would now be his 4th-
1st: 1997 match w/Taka
2nd: Promenade
3rd: Imperial City w/full explosion intro
4th: Imperial City w/short explosion intro
