Unknown Promo Music

While listening to some music on FirstCom, I came across a piece of music called "Black Power" and it sounds very familiar. (Especially at 00:06)

I'm so sure it was used for a WWE Promo but I can't quite remember what the promo was for. I keep thinking that maybe it was used for either a newer version of the Don't Try This At Home Promos or just an ordinary Superstar Promo, though I could be wrong.
