I downloaded The Four Horsemen's Theme (Coast & Four Horsemen Theme) but they only range like 10 seconds...Why?

What the hell? I've never ever had a problem downloading from the main site and I use Internet Explorer. If there is something that doesn't work, it'll simply be a broken link. Which on a site with 2000 themes, there is bound to be one or two.

Actually I have to DL some themes several times before they come out in full. Happens A LOT. Some people have problems. Some don't. We happen to be some of the ones that do.

And you should have said that the first time instead of just bashing the site in general. Yes the sites not perfect, but some people will have issues DLing depending on connection/browser. With my one year with the site I've had the occasional hiccup but other than that things are fine for me.

Well just to be clear, for me, downloading can be the shits on this site more often than not. For others, it's problem free.

But, as far as theme counts, it's the best site I've ever come across.

And for me, it's never been a single one.

Does that mean I'm lucky or something?

I went & downloaded all of those listed and only Carlito's didn't download fully. I fixed that, but all the others should be fine.

Here, I'll just transcribe what I wrote in another forum:

Subject: "XylotThemes Downloads Shortened in Length?"
I feel like I'm asking a question that everyone know the answer to but me, so pardon me if I'm asking about some common knowledge. I just cannot find an answer on here.

I'm noticing all the tracks downloadable on the main site among its return only extend from 48 to 53 seconds or so. I know it's not just my imagination, but it held true for way too many songs.

. . . Any word on why that may be? I'm just trying to understand. -ha- I'm not disappointed either way.

Thanks!
I will note that I'm downloading using America Online 9.0 Security Edition SE--which prior to the site most recent comeback never failed me. I'll try using a different browser & let you guys know how it works out.
Respectfully,
Al

Mm yeah, I've just been using Safari & things have been working out again. AOL just sucks sometimes. Firefox always tends to work, too, and I'm hearing Internet Explorer is doin' well. That's all it is. Thanks!

Al

When it comes to downloads Google Chrome > Firefox = Internet Explorer > AOL

I'd suggest clearing your Temporary Internet Files, thats what i tend to do. Either that or you are running low on downloads, i tend not to be able to download themes from the Xylot site when i am running out of downloads (i have 10,000MB of downloads, after that is done i have to pay for each download made), also Youtube tends to screw up for me when my downloads are low also.
