In the quoted post, I was referencing linked themes where whoever added it didn't fill in any of the actual info making that entry invisible in search. At the time I posted that I was noticing a lot of linked themes with missing info were specifically to the "Various Promos" page, but many other examples exist sitewide.

I also saw in "various promos" after I added the links to it, and I was a bit shocked. I immediately filled it with the information next to the YouTube play videos, except for one or two themes. Themes aren't getting any fewer (which is a good thing, of course).

Rich had done an export for me of WWF/WCW stuff and I was reviewing it and noticed an extremely large amount of errors: wrong dates, missing album entries, format breaking text characters, non-uniform production label names, non-uniform album name formats, etc.

It would be good to clean these up prior to v7, but they would need to be done by bulk edits due to the amount of fixes, ideally exporting and then reimporting a cvs with all the corrections.

I'm assuming only Rich has the ability to do this though.

Hey guys! I've been working these past few days on preparing the data from this site for migration to the V7 site. So far I fixed production library names. There were about 300+ duplicates, leaving 742 production libraries total. Can you guys check out the list and let me know if any need to be fixed or consolidated from multiple entries into one? List: https://xylotthemes.com/prod_libs.html.

I'm going to work on artist names and album titles next. I'm hoping to have something to show by the end of this week. Next Monday I start a new 9-5 job so this week I'm using as much of my free time as I can.

As soon as I can. I started a new job but I get an hour lunch and live like 3 minutes away, so I'm taking all the time I can to finish this.

I encountered a minor issue with too many theme records being transferred over (didn't want to include dubbed themes just yet) so I'm fixing that at the moment.

The next and final step will then be transferring over theme usage information, since themes will be separate entities in V7 and multiple entities will be able to link to the same theme record (no more duplicating info for reused but not borrowed themes).

Once the dubbed themes issue is fixed, which should shouldn't take long, I'll let everyone know how the next and final step goes.
