Theme/Titantron Topics Rule Suggestion

I know that this idea can sound stupid, but I think there should be rule or somekind of control what titles theme/titantron topics have. Because it's very irritating to read topic titles like WWE TRONS or THE ROCK THEME (RARE). I think they should be clean and when you see the topic's name first time you can already see what theme/titantron is inside the topic. Here is few examples how it should be:

The Corporate Ministry 2nd Theme (MP3/192kbps/RS)
The Corporate Ministry 1999 Theme (MP3/192kbps/MU)
The Corporate Ministry May-July '99 Theme (MP3/192/SS)

The Rock 3rd Titantron (WMV/512kbps/RS)
The Rock 1998 Nation Titantron (WMV/512kbps/MU)
The Rock April-September '98 Titantron (WMV/512/SS)

So it would be [NAME] [FORMAT] [BITRATE] [DOWNLOADING PLACE] [OTHER INFO]

It would be even better if people could use these C&C or other words.

Something like that. I know that it's little bit hard to know some dates, which theme/titantron or year but there should be some rule what should make those title names clear. It's slow and hard I know but it should bring us more quality and it would drop those low-quality posts because if you don't know anything about the theme/titantron, you are too boored to find out or you are too boored to write correctly the title, THEN you shouldn't post anything at all. Also this would drop those topics where people share themes/titantrons what are already possible to get, nothing bad about that but it's irritating if you see the same titantron/theme several times. It's ok if you use correct title. Because what I have seen that some people just take some random theme/titantron and write fastly and crappy "the rock theme". So if there would be rule, people would think twice about uploading the file. It also would bring us more information, quality themes and cleaner forum. Lot of torrent trackers use uploading rules so I think we should also. I know that this can sound stern and I don't mean the rules should 100% like I said but I hope that admin/mods think about this. Well there are a lot of people who don't know what number tron, the name of the theme or titantron or even the year or era. You say that people shouldn't post up anything because they don't know the correct info? That can't happen as that would mean that pretty much everyone would have to stop posting, as they do not have or don't care for that type of info, and I don't blame them.

As for download place, well there is nothing wrong with pretty much any server, and most people can download from them. So that shouldn't have to be written down.
Also, the quality of trons doesn't matter as most of WWE trons are at 300k anyway. So most times, expect that or higher.

I agree with the theme parts, though. Most people here already say if it's an edit, C&C or CDQ anyway, that's not hard at all.

But I will put a theme and titantron count which people can correct if need be in another topic.

Yeah, I agree, let drop those theme counts already. I hate those.
