For all the people who weren't thrilled with Wade Barrett's theme song last week, a re-worked version of "End Of Days" debuted for use by the new stable, The Corre, at last night's Smackdown tapings in Tulsa, OK. (Yes, it's spelled with 2 R's)
Though I liked the original, in my opinion this is even better than what Wade Barrett used last week.

I loved the original...but this version is freaking Insanely Awesome & addictive, just from seeing the small live vid clip here ,so much the tune is stuck in my head!!! .
I hope 9Electric release the Original/Debut version (a-la Downstait w/ The Miz's "I Came to Play" & "We Are One" (Even though the original is on 12 Stones "The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday" Album)
Whether this is "potentially" the Next I-Tunes Theme Release (After The Previous 4 of "Broken Dreams","Smoke & Mirrors","I Come From Money" & the WWE Version of "We Are One") or it is set for a "the not mentioned at all" WWE The Music Vol. 11 (which after the I-Tunes releases (as mentioned) before New Year seems Vol. 11 seems unlikely), unless a release before Wrestlemania 27 or the latter part of 2011 (which the the latter seems more likely)
But am really liking The Corre, & I'm interested where it's going (direction wise) & like Wade's old band "Nexus") introduce more members as time progresses

This is what 9 Electric myspace says about the song:
"9 ELECTRIC
Cool 9E happenings yesterday: Our singer Thunderwood sang vocals on a WWE entry theme (yes WWE Wrestling) entitled, 'End of Days' for wrestler Wade Barrett! We also did an interview, and have a track on a comp. CD, for a Japanese magazine called WeRock out in Feb.!!!"

So it's like Voices? Where only the vocalist starred in the song? Guess we won't be getting it from them then.

Seriously, am I the only one who loved the 1st The Corre theme??

Ugh...I hope they kept the hook at the beginning. That was my favorite part about the first version. You can't really hear the theme well in that video.

I guess we'll know for sure when we see this week's Smackdown. Listening to 9Electric's website, it appears their singer Thunderwood did the vocals on this new version - which makes me wonder who did the original, heard last week.
