Shawn Michaels Unused Theme - Artist?

I'm terribly sorry if I sound like a retard here or something, but I found this here theme on the Tubes once again, and I keep wondering who the lead singer is. That kinda sounds like Vince, but I don't really believe that.
Does anyone know who exactly that is?

That is in fact the only theme that wasn't used unless if is was for a promo.
Antholigy and Full Metal have both been used over here at least once.

Do you know when and in what order? I remember hearing the Full Metal one a year or two ago.

Its just some paid singer... the artist is unknown as the CD (WWF We Gotta Wrestle) does not list any credits.
