I don't know if anybody reported me or not, because I did mention I was registered with them. But I blame nobody but myself; it was my own goddamn fault. I don't want anybody saying I'm asking for sympathy, because I deserve none.

if your registered with them and you dont pay the license to have their music on your website then you're screwed.

You have to pay to license stuff to use. Read their guidelines... it has a whole portion specifically stating web content.

Yes, I know. I registered and entered into an agreement with them years ago, back when I thought it was the only way to get "Crazed" from their library... I basically signed up just for that one track. At the time, I was also foolish enough to think that I could fool them and hide this site from them.

Thanks Peter.

I think that Xylot Themes will definitely make a major private joining comeback where you have to email XT to sign up to the forum and then he signs you up himself and gives you a password that you can change yourself.

Sounds good to me.

Anyway, it seems as if this time, the law won. One of the few cases where you actually get found out, and it had to happen here!
Well, it was a great time and now I better make a safety copy of my themes - I don't want to lose them completely!

I actually signed up an account with Non Stop Music a few weeks ago but have never downloaded anything from there. After reading this I'm quite glad I haven't. From now on any production stuff I find and obtain I am strictly keeping it to myself. Sorry can't take risk anymore.

Too bad what happened though. It was a good free service for others while it lasted. Unfortunately nothing in the World is truly free and there will always be a big price waiting to rear it's ugly head whenever it thinks man steps out of line. Money is the real ruler of the World and human's are nothing but helpless slaves to it. Saddest thing of all is that it was humanity's own creation that has now become their universal master..

I have heard this is about the third time you have put a sight like this up. I take it this has happened to you before.

damn.. If you do re open the site, then you should make it so they have to have a certain number of post on the forum, and then you get access to the main site.

oh, how comes you got rid of the theme contributions area as well. :(

I'm sure we'll be back tonight after XT reads all of my messeges about ways around it and trys them out on the crappy temp forum before applying the final changes here.

Best news I've heard all day.

That company must not have a lot of common sense to realize the songs were only used for listening purposes. It did not effect their business what so ever.

Listening and "Download" purposes.

How long was this site up in the first place?

Sorry to hear about this XT. My sincerest thank you goes out to you and everyone who made this journey possible. I remember joining this site when virtually no one was here. Now Look at what it has evolved into. If I could think of only one way to put it; We have all lived up to our Slogan.

This was the Best Site in the History of our Sport.

Hopefully our Journey does not end here.
Congratulations XT on all of your Success.
This cannot no.. WILL NOT be the end of Xylot Themes!!
