Scott Hall unused WCW theme

theres been clips of this theme (a rip-off of The Fugees "Ready Or Not") floating around the net for years, but what was the time frame for this theme being used?
I can only think it would've been around the end of '98 when he was kicked out of nWo Hollywood & wasnt allowed to join the Wolfpac.
or is it a fake theme?

I don't believe it's fake, it was just never used as far as I know. Based on the info I have, during that brief period of time he was out of the two nWo factions, he just didn't use a theme.

so when he turned on Nash & joined nWo Hollywood? or later?
