Yeah, so I was listening to Billy Gunn's 5th theme just there and reading along with the lyrics, and I came to this part.
Every time, I hear my name
It sounds like a symphony
I'm a fine glass of wine
Gettin' better with age
(?)
So I listened to that part again to see what should be in place of the question mark, and from what I heard, It sounds like "And great complexity-y-y"
Though I am kind of thinking that the "And" could be "With" instead. o_O
What do you guys think?

Every time, I hear my name
It sounds like a symphony
I'm a fine glass of wine
Gettin' better with age
Drink one glass a day
I'm obviously wrong, but just throwing a suggestion out there that it could be something like that.

I had originally thought it was
"Every time I hear my name / it sounds like a cheer for me"
But I still can't get that last line either.

I have slowed the song down and listened to it 10 times and would say that the original poster's lyric is 100 % correct.
