All I know is the satellite feed recording and the rip from No Mercy (N64). Maybe someone enhanced the quality.
Could you link to the "Crackin" sample you're referring to. I couldn't find it on the soundcloud page you linked to.Alexandre wrote:All I know is the satellite feed recording and the rip from No Mercy (N64). Maybe someone enhanced the quality.
Edit: He also have a sample in very good quality of Crackin'. The entrance video rip wasn't that good. It has never been re-uploaded in HD on any WWE website and I don't know if that's possible to enhance the quality at a such level. So I'm not sure anymore about the source. I guess the best way would be to ask him directly.
ThemeTitan have a bunch of 'rare' stuff so it may be from another source. You can find some very interesting recordings in good quality on its soundcloud page: https://soundcloud.com/themetitan/tracks
This is no secret though. It's been known for quite some time that ThemeTitan has contacts inside WWE Music Group.Alexandre wrote:He definitly have a real access to the music of Jim Johnston since he posted a sample of Stone Cold Alliance theme : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntd-1AoFVsw
This is unbelievable..!
But having a contact doesn't necessary means having an access to that kind of stuff. I have a contact at Guerrilla Games (a video-game studio) but I don't have any access to their stuff, even if I'd love to. He has to be really lucky.Leaf wrote:This is no secret though. People like ThemeTitan do not share these exclusive themes until its made public. He and his source would get into legal trouble if he did. (excluding a few VERY lucky and trustworthy people in his group.)chambersja wrote:Man this guy is so lucky.
I bet he has them all in high quality.
Question why cant he upload full themes? (I'm guessing because it's not his own content.)
And how would he get access to Jim Johnston's BMI catalog? Because I want in!
Also where do satellite recordings come from what are they? I never understood what it meant.
Oh.. Dang well we still have a lot that is released at least.thebib62 wrote:People like ThemeTitan do not share these exclusive themes until its made public. Don't count on getting into Johnston's BMI catalog. I'm sure it would have been done a long time ago if it was anything other than extremely difficult to get into.
Also, a satellite recording is someone using their own satellite dish pointed at the correct coordinates that WWF/E uses while testing their live feeds before going on air. That's how we got Jericho's 1st theme, and most of the "What they didn't want you to see" series provided by Tri.Moon.
