I know a few may have come from the server leak a few years ago, but there's themes I have no idea where it came from. If anyone can tell me where the titles come from, and if they were released; where did they get released?

Actually, "Extreme" is the song, while "Alert Five" is the effect that played through the song.

"Alert Five" by Ruben Ayala (from the album "AM45 - Hits, Riffs, Zaps And Zings") (from Access Music).
"Extreme" by David Rogers & Paul Shaw (from the album "ATMOS111 - Impact") (from Atmosphere).

You can search it here.

Necessary evil.. That title came from serg's Twitter. It was never released, sadly.

Most of them aren't from the server leak, they're from TNA's old web player.
