Just found this with the tags "Hard rock riff".

This is "Bionic Battalion" by Anthony Dickinson (from the album "NSPS175 - Riff Rock III - Heaven vs. Hell") (from Non-Stop Producer Series).

The song, according to the video, starts at 12 seconds.

There are three versions, no idea which one he used.

I wasn't aware about it :o , I'm just checking RoH's weekly shows and I'm stucked in July this year so far. I've never though in searching if the song was already used by another guy(s) before. Well, at least I'm glad I found that on my own but I feel stupid for not knowing it.
Apart, why The Bloodbound Warriors' song has Chappell listed as their library listed

Whoever put that entry up did that. And I don't know why. It should be Non-Stop Music.

Yeah, RoH showed the name of the song while The BBW were making their entrance ( http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x339ih3 around 2:00).
They have the bad habit of putting Warner/Chappell Music for most of their production songs for everything instead of clarifying the actual production library. Even, they stated that Bob Evans' "Fire in the Sky" was from Warner/Chappell and it turned out it came from In-Spired music.
