Does anyone know is the "WCW Superstar Series" theme (from the official VHS tapes) production music? And has it been found?
Around 1 minute of the theme can be heard from
54:10 onwards in this video:
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xzbl24 ... next_sport
And AdsPizzazz85 shared a low quality recording here -
http://xylotthemes.com/forums/viewtopic ... 20&p=63587 - but obviously if we can locate a high quality, full version that would be better.
Can't see any listing for the WCW Superstar Series on the main site, even if we can't find the theme perhaps it could be added to the WCW DVDs section?

I could have not posted it at all (which is what I wish I would have done, because its such low quality and not CDQ)

No it's good that you posted it man, it's nice to have a low quality version until a better one is found

WOW thank you so much! Amazing find and am I right in thinking this is also a new revelation that WCW used LA Post Music? Can't see them listed anywhere on the "WCW Production Megapost" or the "WCW Theme Libraries" post.
Makes you wonder if more WCW themes might be found on LA Post.
Also can I be cheeky and ask is there any way you could please find the music that plays at the start of the Sting Unmasked episode of the WCW Superstar Series? The music can be heard from around 1min 24secs in this video
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x164ok ... sked_sport . I watched that tape so many times as a kid so that music is pretty iconic to me as well.

I can't take all the credit (Craig UK helped me, he found Green Sticks and Whistles and I found Classical Explosion), I didnt even think until Craig told me to check the end credits on my tapes and sure enough it says LA Post (he says its usually not that easy to find production themes)

Oh right, ha, I just messaged craig saying a new WCW library had been found, thought he'd like to know and now I find out he helped find it lol.
Just out of interest, how many tracks or how much time did you have to spend listening to the library before you found Classic Explosion?

I honestly cant remember (all I remember is I couldnt play any songs until craig helped me w it (I had to enable adobe), he wanted me to find green sticks and whistles for myself, so i skimmed through the list and found it and then found classical explosion (I thought to myself this sounds familiar) then I remembered that song was in the sting tape, I played the sting tape as well to make sure it was the right one and it was
