What was the transition from doing music for The Gentrys to doing entrance music like, and was it a difficult?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but, I'd love to know... What themes would he have loved to compose for a wrestler/team that he never had the chance to?

Unfortunately I did not, he cancelled on me within 4 days before we was due to meet. I have been offered a phone interview but so far have not taken it up as he might be coming over with the WWE and I might get the chance then. I will post any update if I do get the opportunity to interview him as I am still in touch with his PR.

Is it still possible to submit questions for the interview, or do you already have enough?

Could you ask him if he and Howard helm did the theme song for Mancow, or is that a theme for his radio show.

Alright, here's my questions if you don't mind:

Did he have a hand in teaching Jim Johnston the art of theme writing or did JJ mainly do his own thing?

What does he think about the entrance themes of today, how are they similar/different to the era he wrote music for?

Did WCW want him to have a different approach to their themes than WWF, or did they have the same ideas about what they wanted?

And this is something I've always wanted to know:
Some of the themes Jimmy wrote actually have true endings rather than fade-outs. Why add an ending if the theme is looped in the arena and (at least at the time) themes had a very small chance of being publicly released in full, meaning no one would ever hear the ending?

I can actually answer some of your questions

He did not as Johnston was doing score music for MTV and VH1 before he even got into the WWF. If I get the chance I shall still ask though just in case also what interaction they had if any.

Jimmy Hart actually did push a lot to get the music released but WCW for some reason wouldn't. If they did then Hart would of received 20% on all releases of his music (under agreement). His son has said that Hart bugged them so much that they gave him WCW Saturday Night to run to sort of shut him up.
