(Just as a quick introduction as I'm the newbie here... I'm one of the three owners of Pro Wrestling EAST, as well as running the record label Aaahh!!! Real Records and the wrestling-themed subsidiary label Conchairto Records, hence the username)

Should be Now - ICW: No Holds Barred (ICW-NHB for short) has been that name January 2020 (w/ The Impact Championship Wrestling name not been used since2016 & Previous ICW:NY between 2018-19)

As for UWN, I'm not sure. I do not follow that or NWA so I can't really comment on either. What should we do?

Chikara should be moved to the Defunct category. It's been closed since June after the allegations against Mike Quackenbush came out.

As for the above, I would put UWN as it's own organization. Even if it is a partnership between multiple companies, if it has it's own unique name I think it should be added separately.
