Probably not, the mods have to be people you can trust and knowing your reputation you need to prove you can be trusted.
Another thing is that people who ask to be mods do it for the power and not to make the forum better.
I'll use America and Iraq as examples
America is Xylot, Iraq is Antdogs.
America has a large population/members (most of them single and overweight) and a fair amount of fuel/themes.
Iraq has a small amount of members (most of them dirty, poor and angry at everyone) but huge deposits of high quality oil.
Iraq doesn't want America invading and taking their oil so they put up a fight and insult America.
Is this explained in enough detail?
BTW people from Iraq were bastards anyway so don't feel sorry for them.

This is honestly the dumbest crap I've ever read. Antdogs are good for what they provide (and that is a bit of everything) and XYLot are good for getting themes (on the main site, that is) I think the best thing to do would be to close the forums and just have the theme site going. Everyone who is into themes will always want them, and can get them from here.
You see , what I stated a while ago holds true! Doesn't matter what theme site you're at! Problems always arise , and it just takes the fun out of everything.

I know he's named after some half Greek guy on my course at college, weather it's him or not is unknown, but his a prick online, thats for sure is it is him for telling lies about Vader's theme.
