Okay, so before Kazarian, Maverick Matt and Johnny Devine aligned themselves with Raven and became Serotonin they had a match against the Voodoo Kin Mafia at Genesis 2006 dressed in Serotonin attire. They weren't referred to as Serotonin but simply referred to as Kazarian, Maverick Matt and Johnny Devine and they used 'Bad Influence (TNA Edit)' by Less Than Zero as their entrance theme.
If i had a recording i would prove it, but all i have is a Genesis 2006 tape.
