He sings over it during his entrence with WWE is where it's at although underneith it's the same theme 100%.
I'm surprised that Mr. Oliver hasn't sued him yet for still using his background tune with the track.
This adds to the conspercy that Vince owns TNA as well as that Mick Foley angle and even the Christian Cage angle mentioning WWE in both.

Mick Foley quit due to unfair treatment in WWE.TEOL wrote:He sings over it during his entrence with WWE is where it's at although underneith it's the same theme 100%.

You can't get sued for mentioning another company's name... as long as it doesn't defame them. If that were true, WCW would have been dead long before it was supposed to be, considering they spoiled Monday Night Raw's results on a bunch of broadcasts.
Killings owns the rights to his theme song. He's allowed to use it anywhere he wants.

I made a startling discovery concerning his TNA theme, the WWE edit & the karaoke tool in audacity.
I'll give more detail when my computer starts working

Secondly Ron Killings made his own CDs and yes he owns the rights to it. Nothing to do with Dale Oliver or TNA or any wrestling company.TEOL wrote:He sings over it during his entrence with WWE is where it's at although underneith it's the same theme 100%.

Feel free to buy the CDs from him off his MySpace...

Re: R-Truth WWE theme
I cant believe people are still asking this question as it is quite simple to tell there are differences.
Okay, first of all Ron Killings dubbed over the music with lyrics, therefore the vocals sound different to his TNA version although the lyrics are pretty much the same. Some lyrics from his TNA version have been removed from the WWE version as it makes reference to TNA and Ron Killings real name, i also believe a bit is removed where Ron Killings kind of bad mouths the WWE in a way for his previous release, don't believe me? Play his TNA theme while he is making his entrance to the ring, the WWE version reaches the end of the song faster than the TNA version. And finally, yes it is an intro cut, although it is only a very small intro cut.
