I just re-checked the show and Rich Swann accompained Ethan Page (acted as a manager) in his match and stayed there for a while until the next match (Gargano vs. Swann). It'd be in a similar fashion like Catch Point or The Premier Athlete Brand. So, the song only played when Swann won the match.
