I'd been keeping them with the ALTERNATE section to highlight the fact that *some* version of the theme had been released; unlike the FORMER section which is themes that have had no release at all. Happy to move them if people think it makes more sense though.

Two things: The NXT UK theme song is by def rebel, per YouTube metadata, though the title is still currently unknown (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIQKimZIdfo), and do we think def rebel will remake Johnny Knoxville's theme for the Royal Rumble?
