Discussion regarding the site itself. This includes the upcoming Version 7. Also comments about the site, suggestions for V7, questions about XT, problems with your life, and errors — ooh I hates those errors!
Every time I click a link on one of the theme pages (not within the forums, but the actual site), an error message comes up that says "we do not allow hotlinking". I understand the need for that. But I am logged into the site, clicking the link that's on the site, and still cannot download. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
That's very weird. Try clearing your cache (in your web browser) and the reload the main page, holding down Shift (or was it Ctrl?) while refreshing. You might still be seeing old code.
The reason it was saying that is because it was checking for "xylotdesign.com" as the referrer, and not "xylotthemes.com". I fixed it yesterday, and it's working fine on my browsers, both at home and at work. Can anybody else confirm either that it's still broken, or working fine?

you fixed it fine, but now that the site's down, i wear a frown!
xylotthemes.com but obviously it's down. It will be up & running once XT starts re uploading the themes, which will be visible to registered members only.
great news TJ
and thats what I wanted to tell you guys, its makes it easier to hide them from music companys
how about you need a certain number of posts to see them lilke 25 post before they appera or the music companys could make an account and see them.
Registration is closed, but a minimum post requirement is a GREAT idea. This way, we'll know if a person is legit, because I still accept applications from people referring others, but just in case, a minimum post count is a great way to go. It's also easy to code.
I've been having issues to deal with at home (getting a divorce from my wife, finding a new place to live, etc.), so I haven't had much time lately. However, now that things are settled, I've found a new place to live that I'm checking out Friday, and I've finished a web development project I was working on, I have more time now and will work on getting themes back up and giving access to forum members with a post count of 25 or higher.
