WWE can't shut you down for having a website dedicated to themes. The only thing they can make you do is remove the themes that Jim Johnston created himself, because they don't own all the production themes they just buy from production sites, they only have rights to use them for their broadcasts.
Oh, and with titantrons, they can ask you to remove them, but they can't shut you down. It's probably better to have them here, rather than YouTube, though. YouTube will get them deleted much quicker than WWE will find out about this website having them.

Bullshit they can't. Any themes or videos/titantrons that the WWE has created is protected by copyright. And this site and any other site that has those is infringing on such copyright and can pretty much shut you down or the might just take you to court. And who has the money to match the WWE and their high-priced lawyers?
Not sure whether you heard about this, (It was a few years ago), but someone was taken to court by a music giant and was fined a couple hundred grand just for downloading a handful of music. What does that tell you?
I will agree with you about the production music, though. I believe some are public domain.

Re: Just letting you know!
There are like 3 or 4 themes that are public domain, like Hunter Hearst Helmsley's 2nd theme ("Symphony Number 4") for example. WWE doesn't own production themes and commercial music (like Rev Theory, etc.), so it's true that they can only force me to take down stuff that they themselves own (like Jim Johnston-created stuff and stuff from WCW that they acquired). I'll look into it more, but I'm sure they would simply tell me to take everything down, in which case I would.
