Does anybody happen to know the original source of where the longer version (than what was on Volume 10) was obtained from?

I assume you're talking about the leak. If I remember correctly the full version was leaked sometime before Vol.10 came out. WWE put the tv edit on the album for some reason.

As for the source, i have no idea. I guess someone contacted Maylene and the Disasters for it.

I don't think it was ever available in CDQ, unfortunately. If I remember correctly, it was recorded/ripped from a video on the Sons of Disaster website, and that video's sound was not CDQ.

Anyway, it's too bad WWE didn't use the full version for Jeri-Show's entrance, but I think they edited it to get to Big Show's part of the song quicker.
